I stayed here after reading reviews. It is not as bad as most reviews make it out to be. Yes, there are prostitutes a few meters away, but they do not bother you and they stay on their own corner. Walking alone on the street at night is not dangerous, like people say, as the street is well lit up. My only complaint would be that the ceiling is very thin and so you can hear everything from the next unit and well as noise from the street. It is noisy, but if you're a deep sleeper, you will not hear a thing. It is close to Las Ramblas, but I would not call it a 2 minute walk, it's more like a 4 minute walk.

There is a lot I liked about this place. It was decorated nicely. The location could not have been better if you were a tourist. Its one block from the ramblas on what may be the one somewhat quiet street in this area. It had plenty of room and everything we needed. If you are looking for a touristy stay this is the spot for you. It is only quiet compared to the other streets off the ramblas though. Do not expect a silent room. Other than that this place was great

I have no complaint other than it was in the center of the touristy part of town. If you are ok with that than this is the spot for you. If not check out the gracias neighborhood. Its where the barca people live yet a little touristy with the shops and restaurants

Large, well equipted apartment, comfortable bed. Good value for the money. Located close to the market, even closer to the hookers.

Not very well soundproofed. Normally it wouldn't be a problem but when I was there the ground flood apt with the jacuzzi out back was rented by six Dutch guys who either thought the courtyard was their own private villa, or a 24 hour gay sauna and they made noise until 6 am outside. There was a 50 euro cleaning fee I didn't know about until after I booked the room.

Fantastic Location, well appointed and a very convenient way to stay in Barcelona.

Location being close to the 'night-life' of the Raval may be a problem for some.

The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Whille the hotel is on a side street off La Ramba, the area is poor, with los of Graffiti etc. The hotel provided no ammenities such as soap for the bathroom.

This is not a hotel but flats, with reception staff only - not available at weekends. No daily room cleaning by flat owner.

Need extra lighting inside the apartment and cleaning, specifically pest exterminating (bugs).

Great location, near La Rambla, easily accessible by foot.

We had a groundfloor apartment with a backyard and jacuzzi. Outdoor seating was dusty, backyard was not clean, jacuzzi as well. So we couldn´t use the outdoor area at all. Another point - hotel was extremely noisy after midnight till dawn.

The information in the advertisement was accurate, the booking and the communciation leading up to our stay was very easy and efficient. The accommodation was very clean with plenty towells.

The apartment was very dark and poorly soundproofed. We kept checking that the windows were shut which they were, there was lots of noise from people speaking on the street at night. The noise could be very disruptive but we took it as part of experiencing the city and its vibe. It may be more of a problem in the summer when the windows are open. There was no noise from the neighbouring appartments other than the sound of shower being used. The kitchen equipment was basic but ample exept for the corkscrew.

Mb27 has a great location it is very close to La Rambla two minutes walk to the right. The area(where the girls work) round the corner to the left, if one finds it offensive, is avoidable. We(four women) stayed in the appartment with the garden/jacuzzi which was excellent for relaxing after shopping and sightseeing. The appartment and the garden are extremely quiet and sheltered from the busy central location. The girl at reception was very friendly and helpful. We certainly recommend the accomodation and hope to return again soon.

The price was reasonable and it was clean

The Internet didn't work through my whole stay. There were problems with heating and warm water

Great Apartment! Fantastic location.

The electricity trips out if you plug too many appliances in. Its a bit cold in the front room during winter time, I advise leaving the heating on all the time.

the apartment was very clean the staff are very friendly the location was perfect overall i recommend this apartment for anyone visiting barca
